Shipping
Products are shipped by courier: MBE Cggroup.srl@libero.it
The courier makes deliveries from Monday to Friday, both in the morning and in the afternoon. The recipient cannot request delivery on specific days or times. In the absence of the recipient, the courier will leave a notice of passage, via a label affixed to the address. The delivery will be attempted twice: then, if not, the courier will try to contact the recipient. CABAN s.r.l. will not be responsible for any malfunction in the courier delivery service.
In the case of deliveries made to receptions (with signature for collection by the receptionist), CABAN s.r.l. will not be held responsible for subsequent failed delivery of the package to the final recipient. If a destination country does not appear among those listed, it means that the delivery of the products to that country is not currently envisaged. Since however CABAN s.r.l. is considering the opportunity to extend the list of countries to which shipping, we recommend contacting servizioclienti@cabansrl.com
Upon delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document;
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).
Any damage to the packaging and / or to the product or to the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, otherwise detected, by placing a specific indication on the delivery document of the product to be returned to the courier.
Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 14 days of delivery, according to the procedures set forth in this document.
Shipping fees
Shipping is free of charge for any order.
Shipping Times
Products are delivered within 24-72 hours, after 24-48 hours from the date of order registration. Any delivery delays can be caused by the temporary unavailability of the products, by malfunctions in the service by the courier, by causes of force majeure or in the event of holidays. In case of purchase by credit card or PayPal, the delay in shipping can be caused by the impossibility to withdraw the authorized amount for payment. (See: Payment debit). If the 5 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) have not been received, the goods have not yet been received, please contact customer service at servizioclienti@cabansrl.com
Delivery times indicated by CABAN s.r.l. they must be considered as purely indicative and a delay with respect to the same, or any delivery made with subsequent fractional shipments does not entitle the Customer to refuse the delivery itself and to request compensation or compensation.
Customs duties and taxes
With regard to deliveries requested in countries not belonging to the European Union, any import customs charges will be charged to the recipient. Customs duties and possible taxes vary according to the country of destination and are applied to the arrival of the goods in the same country: therefore the Customer is invited to contact the customs authorities of his country to verify the costs and any import limits.
In case of refusal of the goods by the customer or failure to deliver for other reasons (eg the recipient’s incorrect address and / or telephone number; repeated absence of the recipient, etc.) the amount covering the following expenses will be withheld: delivery of goods + return of goods + customs for return and debited to the recipient. Instead, the price of the goods will be refunded.
Returns & Refound
Pursuant to Article 52 of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Italian Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Client may withdraw from the Conditions and therefore from the purchase agreement for any reason, without need for an explanation and without incurring any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receiving the products.
In order to exercise the right to cancel set out in the preceding Clause 5.1, the Client shall send notification to CABAN s.r.l. within the time limits indicated to the following email address servizioclienti@cabansrl.com, or by means of the form provided for that purpose on the Website.
In the event of cancellation, the Client shall return the products to CABAN s.r.l. at the Client’s expense within 14 (fourteen) days of said cancellation to the following address CABAN s.r.l. in Via Mottola KM 2,200 S.N.C. – 74015 Martina Franca (TA) – Italy.
The goods must be returned intact, complete in all their parts and in their original packaging (envelopes and packaging), having been kept and used only for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify their condition, features and size, in accordance with normal diligence, there being no signs of wear or dirt and in compliance with the following conditions:
- the right to cancel may be applied to the purchased product as a whole; it is not in fact possible to return only part of the purchased product (for eg., accessories, complementary items, etc.);
- in order to cancel, the product must be complete and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: labels, cards, tags, seals, etc.);
- transport expenses (and any customs duty, if applicable) arising from the return of the goods shall be borne exclusively by the Client, until confirmation of receipt by the warehouse indicated by CABAN s.r.l. is given, liability for transport shall be borne solely by the Client;
- should the goods be damaged in transit, CABAN s.r.l. shall notify the Client, in order that the Client may promptly lodge a complaint against the courier that was used and obtain appropriate compensation; the product shall then be made available to the Client, at the same time as cancelling the request for termination;
- CABAN s.r.l. shall not be liable in any way for damage, theft or loss that occurs during or as a result of a shipment made for the purposes of returning goods.
CABAN s.r.l. shall arrange to refund the Client for the whole amount paid, net of consignment charges incurred and any customs duty paid for importation, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of cancellation, by transferring the debited amount, via the same payment method used by the Client for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. - In any case, the Client shall not bear any expenses incurred as a consequence of said refund. CABAN s.r.l. may withhold the refund until the returned product is received or until such time as the Client can prove that the product has been properly dispatched, whichever is sooner.
In any case, the Client shall forfeit the right to cancel should CABAN s.r.l. discover any of the following: - that the returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact;
- that the product is without its external package and or the original internal packaging;
- that the product is missing some of its integral parts and/or accessories (for eg., fastenings, ties, buckles, etc.).
Should the right to cancel be forfeited, CABAN s.r.l. shall arrange to return the purchased product to the sender, debiting the shipping costs from the same and, if already refunded, the price of the product.
